Many of you have no doubt already seen the news; a tractor trailer was found at Walmart with two-dozen immigrants packed inside and ten of them have died. On the Road

If you didn't see our last post - we have been on a road trip sharing about our work with Kairos Traders. We have been on the road now for 12 days and have had an amazing time! We went through Boise, up to Seattle, and down into Portland and Salem. First off, Happy Fourth of July! Stay safe as you celebrate! We are in week one of a month long road trip. Part of the reason we are taking this trip is to share a bit about Kairos Traders work. We will get to share with small groups and individuals in Boise, Seattle, Salem/Portland, then to Northern California and into Central California. Freedom Fundraiser

We've had a full couple of weeks! Because of that we didn't get to share about our fundraiser from a couple weeks ago. If you remember we had Purnaa's director, Corban Bryant, share about their work in Nepal with survivors of exploitation and marginalization. We held the event at Kairos Coffee House and they served us some delicious dessert and drinks (which it's hard not to love).
