Because Nepal is one of the least developed countries in the world and the unemployment rate is above 40%, Purnaa recognizes the need to help improve the quality of life of the Nepali people through providing fair trade jobs and following their core values of love, excellence, integrity, justice, and beauty in the way that employees are treated.
