Freedom Businesses are on the Rise

Posted by Huibert Fousert on

It's an exciting time to be alive in a day and age where Freedom Businesses are on the rise. What are Freedom Businesses? Freedom Businesses are social entrepreneurs creating impactful businesses, changing communities and restoring lives. Freedom Businesses not only focus on making a profit, but an overall goal of impacting the community they live in, the environment, the people they work with, and an overall answer to social issues. Most of these businesses hire people who are marginalized by society and offer them skills, a fresh start in life and a job with dignity. Instead of handouts, these businesses provide a sustainable wage, and promote economical health in the community they're in. There's a lot happening in this day and age, and you can be apart of it. Promote and buy from the single mom in Nepal knitting scarfs in her home while she's raising her family; the seamstress re-purposing saris into a beautiful bag because she, too, was given a second chance; the barista, the jeweler, and the hostess who were rescued from sex-trafficking and now given a job they can create in, instead of having their human dignity destroyed.

It's a good time to be alive. So go out and promote such freedom.
